Charles Burns started the business in 1946. While in the Navy, he was a ship electrician and when he returned home from his service after World War II, he used his military training to start his service business from his home.

He later expanded his business and moved its present location at 79 North Market Street in Millerstown.
Now run by his daughter, Donna, the business is still family owned and operated.
Today, Charles H. Burns prides itself on providing old fashioned, quality service for a fair price with modern technology. We offer both commercial and residential service in Perry, Juniata, Mifflin, Snyder and Upper Dauphin Counties.
